available for your special dining occasions. Our restaurant was named Jimbay's to honour my grandfather, Jimbei, and the fond memories I have of him. |

When looking at the pictures of any of Jimbay's dishes on this website please realize that the pictures were not taken in a photography studio. Instead, they were taken from actual dishes, prepared by our chefs, that were ready to be served. We take the greatest pride in making sure that what you see on the pictures is what you really get. |
